1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 999bd platform and all its services. By reading these Terms, you confirm that you have understood and fully agree to them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

The following are definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The 999bd website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on 999bd or is using the platform's services.
• "Account Balance" — The actual amount of money held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds provided as part of a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are published in English, though 999bd also provides support in other languages. In the event of any interpretive dispute, 999bd's decision shall be final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 999bd and participate in any gaming or betting activity. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 999bd may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Opening an account with false information is a direct breach of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure platform security, 999bd may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — especially your password and OTP — completely confidential. 999bd will never ask for your password by phone or message. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.

3.2 Account Ownership

Your account is for your personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. For any matters related to an inactive account's balance, please contact the 999bd support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 999bd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits made through methods outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method and account name must match the registered identity.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be placed under investigation and may be closed.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of any chargeback, fraudulent payment, or fraud is found, 999bd reserves the right to close the relevant account and take legal action.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to make this bonus withdrawable, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

999bd provides special offers for members from time to time, such as weekend rewards, slot festival bonuses, referral rewards, and birthday gifts. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits unfairly — such as creating multiple accounts or manipulating wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being cancelled and may also lead to account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Bets and Results

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless a specific bet is declared void due to a technical error. Game results are determined by the game provider's server and those results are final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet remains unresolved due to loss of internet connection, a server error, or any other technical issue, 999bd may, at its own discretion, declare the relevant bet void and return the stake.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific event-based rules apply when betting on cricket, football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time, 999bd will determine the outcome of the related bets.

6.4 Automated Software Prohibited

Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised software to play games is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

7 Responsible Gambling

999bd believes that gaming and betting are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Members are advised to play within their own means. Detailed information on deposit limits, self-exclusion, and support can be found in our Responsible Gambling policy.

7.1 Setting Play Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their own account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory waiting period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

A member may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. Please contact the 999bd support team to use this option.

8 Data Privacy

9 User Conduct

All members must treat other users and staff on the platform with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bd platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is protected under 999bd's intellectual property rights. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Games and related assets belonging to game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are the intellectual property of their respective companies.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Continuity

999bd aims to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 999bd is not liable for any loss arising from such disruptions.

11.2 Third-Party Services

999bd bears limited liability for delays or losses caused by issues with payment gateways or game providers.

11.3 Gaming Losses

Financial losses from gaming and betting are the result of the user's own decisions. 999bd makes no guarantee of winnings or profit.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time by notifying the 999bd support team. Any pending withdrawals should be completed before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure by 999bd

999bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account due to a breach of any clause of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, or other reasons. In cases of serious violation, action may be taken without prior notice.

12.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, the remaining actual balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. Bonus balance is always forfeited.

13 Changes to Terms

999bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the website or by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
